Guns should be around or never been invented

Guns don't kill, people do. I'd rather be shot than stabbed so I'd say keep them.

I love my 2 guns. I have them for protection and would feel very vulnerable without them.
However I live on a boat traveling around the Caribbean and believe a little protection necessary.
I was raised in an area of California where the kids couldn't go trick or treating on Halloween without an armed adult because the mountain lions love to eat children. I couldn't imagine living in Alaska, or other wilderness areas without some protection from the bears and wolves.
Of course, in the US today, it's people who are the MOST dangerous creatures out there, so a gun is not a bad thing to have for home protection.

And even if you take my guns, I still have crossbows, swords, knives, daggers, a bow, and, one of my favorites, ricin.

Guns dont kill people, its mostly the bullets.

It's a shame guns are used for more than a method of self-defense. If people weren't so hostile in terms of warfare, corruption, terrorism, theft, ransom, etc. then the world (let alone the U.S.) would be a far better place to live in.

Get rid! Seriously, imagine the difference. We can dream.... I do however think that Police should have some kind of long distance weapon just in case they need it. And if they were ever to misuse it, then the penalty should be a high one. Anyway, will never happen. Not yet anyway.

better restriction on guns its too easy for people to get them now a days

Ted Bundy didn't use a gun, neither did his victims.

Get rid of them... Let's go back to old school ways of battle.. lol At least if I get stabbed there's more of a chance of surviving.
