I dont understand how people could live in a city. Whats better than living in the country, where you could just walk outside buttnaked and shoot a gun at any time and no one will even know. To know everyone and their mother in your little small town. To not even have a police department but an elected sheriff whos son went to your same school and is your friend. Where the sheriff's actually look after your well being and not try to give petty charges, because they know you, their citizens arent just herds of cattle. "Oh his headlight is out and I saw him hitting a joint at the intersection. Oh well thats John Doe I know that car he's cool." How bout that freedom? Isnt it fuckin awesome?!

Why do those small towns have to grow? It seems like people find out and move in and then next thing you know it isnt the same. Then the police department gets created. Next thing you know they put cameras up at the red-lights. And then it turns into a fuckin city. 😥

    Country life is the best. I miss living in a small town. The freedom to do anything is just unparalleled

        cant walk down the street without some busybody knowin yalls business

        if yalls family has a bad reputation then youre fucked no matter how different you might be

        maybe sherriff jimbob or someone in his family or deputys family has been an asshole to you all your life growin up and now hes on a campaign to make your life miserable just cause he can & its fun

        move to a different town and now youre the unwelcome outsider from away and always will be after decades

        rampant hard drug addiction and resultin crime far in excess of the city per capita

        havin to drive an hour to get to the grocery store

        no industry no jobs no economy or hope low education standards teen pregnancy etc

        yeah i like my space too but it aint perfect

          Yeah the job thing sucked but thats why we drove to the big city thats about 45 minutes away. Then the big city branched out. And the assholes moved in. The asshole cop thing happens everywhere also. City cops pick on ppl too its what they do. But yeah I get what you mean those are all valid points. Still a good trade off if you ask me.

          Whwre I moved now 90% everyone works at the same factory in the small town. Its decent wages. I think they make air conditioners or something
