Glowing stains on blanket

My blanket has 3 little spots on it that are glowing in the dark o_o I do have some glow in the dark nail polish but it's bright pink in the light while the spot is light brown and the other 2 are colorless. Wtf?!? This is freaking me out... IIN?? Btw this is regular darkness not blacklight so no jokes about semen/pee etc. unless that glows in regular darkness...
