My girlfriend of seven years has a medical condition that makes her impotent. She has been having sex with me once a week for the past year and a half. She finally tells me that she would rather I have a sex girlfriend so she doesn't have to have intercourse anymore, yet she wants to keep the relationship since she loves me. What do I do now?
