I wouldn't marry either of these guys. I would hold out for my idea of mr right.

Assuming they both have excellent personalities and I love them dearly? Maybe the question would be better asked if the scenario was a genie was about to make him rich & ugly, or hot & poor.
Anyway, if I loved the guy, I'd rather him be attractive. I don't see much point to a relationship if you're repulsed by your partner, money or not. If there's love & attraction, then we're good. Who needs money? We'll sell sex tapes with our good looks!
Both choices sound fun to me, it would be fun having sex with a hot guy and it would be fun if your ugly rich boyfriend would let you spend his money but I couldn't tolerate someone who is a jerk!.
Hot broke guy. I never saw "being rich" as an attractive trait and fail to see why so many women do.

I would choose the rice one because the thing I hate most about a guy is the inability to manage his finance. That really repulses me. I don't want a guy to count on me to make the house run as I wouldn't want to be dependent to a man.

I'd go with the hot guy but it depends on why he's broke. If he eventually finds a job it's no problem. The rich ugly guy will probably never become hot tho..
