I notice that most men have a lot of attractions on a woman. But what do you girls think? What do you like on a man?

If it's about personallity then why do girls date guys that treat them like CRAP!

God, the people saying personality are huge liars. It's his appearance that girls notice and get attracted to first. If he wasn't attractive they probably wouldn't even talk to him to see if he was nice. what attracts me to guys is hair. John Lydon in the 70's was a major cutie because all that beautiful orange hair. <3
ya know i sadly have to agree with you for the most part, most people, not just woman look for good looks and judge people that way more then they do by personality, which is why you see so called nerds or so called ugly people walking around in school with no gf's of bf's, its because alot of people don't take the time to get to know them, but not everyone is like this tho, there are the honest people who will look at personality over looks
You are right about appearance. Women get very aggressive with a guy who is fit, has good facial bones and great hair, AND have a confident personality. My boyfriend has all of that, so that even though he's not tall like most women claim they MUST have in a man, they will aggressively pursue him. Looks first, and confidence just about as important. It seems like 90% of women are after 10% of the men.
@: Queeni I resent that. every guy looks the same for the most part. only james bond can be concidered attractive looks wise. and none of that new guy where the fuck is pierce! (even his name has inuendo XD)but seriously people for the most part look the same. (for me at least)
I say personality is the most important thing. Otherwise looks wont help.
Intelligence and humor. An inexplicably sexy voice. Bridled lust, A guy who burns rubber once in awhile if he can get away with it, then laughs like he did in junior high.
Personality first.. Their appearance is a bonus... Kind eyes help too ^_^
While personality is VERY important, that only counts after you actually meet the person. You have no clue what someones real personality is like until you have had more than a few conversations with them. I say body all the way first impression. Then you start to notice other stuff.
i pick personality. hair, eyes, body just make the guy sexier/ better. :)
Personality: If they can make me laugh and they absolutely have to be smart. At least smart enough to hold a decent conversation with.
Physically: I like big guys. Not morbidly obese, just big and bulky to make me feel safe. :-) OH! And nice hands for some reason :-)
Personality, I'm very picky and if the guy says the wrong things or gives me the wrong impression he doesn't stand a chance. :) and then second is looks, I prefer men who don't have beer bellies and gross hygiene.

i'm petite and skinny so i like my men tall and skinny with a six pack, and his shoulders should be wider than his torso. nice tan and longish hair is a turn on and a great chiseled face. some male models look a bit too bulky for me so something a little less bulky yet still toned. personality wise - i like a guy who is sarcastic, not too clingy, talented and very intelligent with high earning potential if he is not a ceo or a president of a big company already. usually at my age they aren't yet.
Intellect. Intellect. Intellect. I dated a guy with an awesome personality. He was charming and funny but I couldn't really hold an intelligent conversation with him on like literary theory, Western philosophy, and stuff!
I prefer lithe, effeminate, nerdy guys with long straight hair and a cute, somewhat girly voice. Bonus points if he likes snuggling!
Above all, the bare minimum requirements are that he isn't too muscular, that he respects women, and that he can tolerate the antics of a tall, tomboyish, nerdy woman with ADHD and a tendency to boob-hat*(see definition 1 below) him at random.

sometimes it is the hair or the eyes or the body or the face that draws a girl in, but it's ultimately the personality that makes a girl fall in love with a guy. A hot guy with an awesome personality is a bonus, but if most girls had to choose between a really attractive asshole or a perfect personality with an average/less than average exterior to be with long term, it's the nice guy that will win.
One night stands or 2 week relationships, sure. Hot guy wins. Long term? it's the nice guy :)
Naturally, looks are the first thing that a girl notices, I mean really, what do you expect? But I definitely wouldn't like a guy who was a complete jerk, no matter how he looks. Looks are a factor for me, but only a small one. I like a guy who can tell me anything, who is kind, funny and intelligent. Someone who is mature, but knows how to have fun :)
Long hair, like down to the collar. Straightened, or naturally straight. That is the FIRST thing that I notice when I see a guy that I think is hot. The next thing that I see is a cute face ^_^
I say personality because if a guy is the most beautiful man in the entire world but is a total pig headed jerk. Personality would completly shine through and make him look ugly to me because of his ugly personality.
But I do have to say that the very first thing that attracts me to a guy is the eyes. But personality is the biggest atraction, but the eyes is the first thing that attracts me.
Personality comes first, but I'm not going to be one of those girls who say looks don't matter because get real they do. But they're not the biggest factor, it's pretty much just a cherry on top if the have good looks!

Personality is first, then hair. I find if they have these 2 things, their facial structure grows on me the more i get to know them
honestly the first thing i see is hair. i like cute guys with nice medium length hair. then i notice style..
i like a good personality BUT they HAVE to have good great awsome hair and most girls like long hair ;) the most attractive colors blondde and like a brownish blondde im blonde naturally though haha
Personality is most important if you want a serious relationship, but appearance draws me in first. I love sweet, understanding guys and if he is good-looking that's just like a bonus ;)

Personality is the most important BUT you halt to have phisyical attration to have a relationship.If hes got a great personality but looks like Drew Carry then i would half to go with All of the above. As wemon we need to hve high standards we deserve the best not ok or the worst.So if you have a man try dating other people if it dosen't workout then you have him to fall back on.
