I’m on my period. My brother came out of the bathroom saying “Oh! Somebody’s on their period!”,announcing it with a tone like it’s suppose be something funny or that someone who’s on their period should be embarassed. Should I feel offended? Should I say something about it or am I overreacting?

If you wanna play it cool tell your bitch ass brother that you're proud that he's growing up, and becoming a woman.
In front of your brother say to your mum, ohh did you know (brothers name) started her periods at last, she was shouting about it when she came out the bathroom earlier. Then casually turn to your brother and ask him, now you're growing into a woman, are you going to stop pretending to be a boy?
He is your brother. Tell him "shut the fuck up moron or I'll gut you". Do it in a demon voice then laugh maniacally to yourself.
Problem solved.
Tell him you'll tell mom you found a sock under his bed that he jerked off into and warn him to stay out of your panty drawer.
Tell him to calm down. He'll get used to this when he'll get a woman, so for the next years he might feel triggered like this, but it is unnecessary.
