I’m a guy and I genuinely believe my girlfriend is a 10/10 even if others don’t think so.
To me she’s the most beautiful woman in the world and I love her.
Well, looks are a key at first. However as time goes on a significant other dismisses looks for personality.
Does it mean you can look like a hobo? Hell no! At the same time, you wouldn't have to take hours out of your day to look drop dead gorgeous/handsome.
Anyways, this attraction is often due to him/her changing his/her point of view of what really matters. Note that not all people are like this. Some may be looking for a booty call, or just a casual date. Some may cheat to boot.
