Girlfriend moved to another state

I've been dating this girl for 2 months and a half. We were meeting just once a week, sometimes even at 2 weeks.

We didn't talk to much to the phone either, but any time we met it was a very strong attraction between us and we had amazing time together.

On Valentine's day I bought her flowers, chocolate, bracelet and took her to dinner, club and spent the night together. She's been very impress.

The second day she told me she likes me very much and a told her I do, too. (big mistake guys never tell that just show it through actions)

It was the last day when I have seen her. After no sign of life, after few days, she called me in a week and she told me she moves at her mom in other state. It was weird to me because we had a lot of plans together and she never mentioned something about moving.

She didn't call to see me again while she was still here and after she got over there she told me she will return in couple months and would like to "hang out" again.

Was this girl playing games all the time or she cared about me.
I had really put a lot of hope in this relationship and now she did this to me.

Is normal to hope that when she will come back in vacation here, everything is gonna be the same or should I just move on?

P.S I really believe she moved, but how she came so fast to this decision, I don't know.

Girls opinion would help. I know when a girl likes you she wants to see you more but in this case she was too busy all the time...
