Is it normal I've got a big lump that look's like a spot right next to my bum hole it keeps growing and growing it's really painful it's been growing for just over a year I darent see a doctor because they will have to look at my arse hole?
This could be an abcess, tumour or piles. Just go to the doctors for fucks sake.
Its just above the crack and I clean my bottom every single time I go to the toilet but this is payback for doing it so much it only since I stopped using talcon powder in my underwear its happened
Maybe ask specifically for a lady doctor? Just don't get a boner, or any ideas for that matter.

It's probably an ingrown hair. Since it's in your ass crack, you'll likely need help to get at it. Do you have a trusted friend who can help you?
If it is just an ingrown hair, it's not a big deal that you'd need a doctor for it. All you need to do is pull the hair out with tweezers and squeeze out any pus and clean it well and apply an anti-bacterial until it heals up.
I might know a few things you could try on your own....but try to get help first. If anything, pull your underwear up like a wedgie so that your asshole isn't exposed to save you from embarrassment when you have someone look at it.
