So, I'm thinking I either have something in my house, or I just had a psychosis episode. At midpoint in what I thought was a dream, I swear I could have felt one side of my bed moving, while something pressed down on my shoulder. Eventually, it was like I could feel hot breath right on my ear and every time I tried to move or scream for help I just couldn't. Then after it finally stopped, I waited a few minutes and looked around and there was nothing. It felt so real, like, I don't know whats going on right now....

    It was likely sleep paralysis although the hot breath is a new one. I wouldn't dare think psychotic episode unless you are experiencing these things out of bed and or when you're not in and out of sleep.

    This is sleep paralysis,be thankful for not getting raped by an inccubus while experiencing it.

      dude I think this happened to me ....like 8 years ago............
      I am not kidding. I saw his face and body. It was huge his body and his entire body seemed to be branches from a tree, and his eyes were hollow and black. His face was even made of tree branches. I opened my eyes to him while he was on top of me and I asked him "who are you?" and "What do you want from me?"
      It was like he has no mouth, just the two hollow black space of holes for eyes. No eye balls. His body was made entirely (looked and appeared) to be branches from a tree, and his body was abnormally that of a giant. His body was black and grey.

      When i questioned him, he just raped me and starred at me then stopped and disintegrated into the air.

      It has never happened to me since. that was the only time something like that happened to me.
      I still don't know what it was
      I had some random burn marks on my legs. It didn't hurt me it just appeared there the next day.

      Anyone might know what happened to me 8 years ago?

      I was fully conscious and awake when this happened. I was just laying in bed trying to fall asleep. I did not fall asleep. When this happened I was wide awake.

        there are several kinds of sp demons,I've read about this one but forgot it's name.
        The most popular are the succubus and inccubus.
        Also dead relatives and others..

    You must have a portal between dimensions in your bedroom. If you find and nail some boards over it, these experiences should stop.

    This is sleep paralysis

    If it was a spirit they will make their presence very well known by some other means.

    I know the difference first hand because I have had experience where a spirit takes over my body.
    I also know what it is like to have sleep paralysis.
    There is a huge difference. Now that I know what to expect when a spirit is with me, I am always prepared for them to take over my body. I catch it when it happens and I don't allow for them to take over my body anymore. I have gained control with a lot of patience and learning over the years. Now when it happens it takes less than a minute for me to get a spirit to get out of my body. I won't go into great detail because it is never ever a pleasant experience for me.
    Even after they leave my body they stand beside me and talk out loud or whisper into my ears. They will tell me their name, age, how they died, sometimes where they came from.

    Most of the time it happens to me they are harmless spirits. (lucky for me)

    There is currently one spirit living with me in my new house. I allowed him to live with me because he is very peaceful and means no harm. He genuinely enjoys playing with my cat, and patting her. My cat has been happier because of this. I see how happy she is too. What a difference in my cats attitude. Before she wasn't so happy even with me giving her so much attention and playing with her. She might have been a little happy but now with Mike living with us, she is extremely happy all the time now!

    Yes his name is Mike, he is 99 years old and he genuinely likes cats.
    Apparently when I got my cat tree for my cat, he came along with it!
    (in my old apartment), and after conversing with Mike for maybe 5 minutes in my bedroom, I told him he is welcomed to come live with us in our new home. He did just that :)He hasn't bothered us one bit!

    I used to have similar experiences. I saw someone in my room one night, but it was a shadow. I don't believe in ghosts. Before my husband died of terminal cancer he said he would haunt me. He died in 1992 and I've only had the one experience.

    sleep paralysis. I also have a couple of friends who have had the sensation of breathing on or near their face during sleep paralysis as well.
