Getting carded at 28... lovin' it!

I am 28 years old. In Canada, you must be 19 to buy liquor, lottery tickets and tabacco. Is it normal to get a major thrill out of getting carded/IDed when trying to purchase one of the three - at the age of 28? I friggin love it! :)

    It is totally normal, makes you feel younger for sure! My mother is 42 and when she was in the states for a month (prob 40 at the time) she was carded while entering a club. Unbelievable, i know.

    i will be 30 in decemeber and i still get carded! it's nice and yes i do get joy from it but sometimes it's like c'mon i've bought cigs from you before and you're gonna card me?!?

    I am the same way! I'm 20 and people tell me I look about 12, haha. I can actually get into some places for child's price! I think people, as they become adults, have a sort of "infatuation" with staying young. Keep being happy every time you're carded :)

      That is sweet!!! I sometimes try to get in as a youth at the movie theatres since it's cheaper, lol.

    when its 18 here, when I was 19, evryone would tell me that I look like 24 or so and older friend of mine asked to buy cigarettes for him
    since I was going to buy there something anyway and the shop owner asked for my ID xD and an even more funny thing when I was like 11 I would buy cigarettes for my parents all the time xD

      Haha, nice! I remembering buying cigarettes for a friend of mine. Funny thing is, she was 18 and never got carded, and I was 27 at the time, and they totally asked me for my ID! We laughed about it all night.
