Where would you choose to be if you could place yourself anywhere on a scale from 1 to 10, where 1 is hardship, struggle, and extraordinary accomplishment in life and 10 is comfort, complacency, peace of mind, and no major life accomplishments?

I don't really understand the scale. I mean 1 sounds like your accomplished, have peace mind and are comfortable with your life. But 10 sounds the same, minus the accomplishments. Do I have it correctly?

The scale is intended to measure ones general determination and drive to accomplish goals (work ethic) be it aspiring to become a major figure, for example a business tycoon or millionaire, while enduring the hardships accompanied with such pursuits. Or on the other side of the spectrum, settling for a basic livelihood with little struggle without any significant achievements. How much energy are you willing to exert to triumph over the obstacles that impeded on the aspirations you seek? That's the nature of my question.

Honestly I don't know. I don't really need a lot. Then again that's relative. All I really want is a nice apartment, a nice car, and a few other entertainment. But I'm not sure how much is required to obtain those material items so I can't really say how much effort I'm willing to put in.

Everyone in our society possess different drives to achieve the goals we aspire towards. The intriguing aspect of that is the level of willpower we're initially willing to invest to achieve said goals.

Well yeah of course, it's just that I have no idea what job I want to have, therefore I don't really know how much work I should put into whatever it is I'm doing.
