Gained 7 lbs in one week
I'm 5'3 and used to be 104 lbs, but I decided to try to get my weight up to 111 within the month. However, I ended up gaining it all within the first week! I didn't feel like I was stuffing myself, but I did start eating more and definitely more regularly. (A full 3 meals a day, while I used to only eat 2 slightly larger ones). Was I overeating? I felt comfortable, and have stopped gaining weight since (my weight stays around 111-112 lbs), but if losing 7 lbs in a week isn't healthy, then I doubt gaining them is. Is this normal? Was I starving myself before? Is this detrimental to my health?
