Ok, I'm a furry, I'm gay, and I met someone on the internet that I love, but the trouble is, I'm scared to tell anyone. I was raised in pretty much an anti-gay society and I'm scared people will hate me if they found out how I really am. I've been this way for almost a year now, maybe longer, and Its really starting to hurt me. Is this normal? What should I do.
I myself am a furry, and a bisexual and I know how you feel about "coming out" in anti-gay conditions. My parents are homophobic (hate gays) and I feel that you should come out only when you're ready and when you feel like it. Take your time.
Being gay is normal, just come out. Being a furry is a fetish, no one really needs to know. That should stay private.
just come out, and learn how to defend urself first so you can put an ass whipping on haters if need be.
i Know how you feel about the Anti-Gay society. A gay furry in scotland is quite noticeable since i wear a collar. Any way i think you should just come out, find your own way. I came out by wearing a collar into school ( if you are wondering i am 17. just in case someone decides im too young to be here) In the end people do find out anyway so i would say: tell your most trusted friend it can help relieve some of the stress you have and depending on the confidence boost you get lead you to coming out to everyone. You probably will receive bullshit about being gay but that is to be expected from people who have very closed minds.
ummm you should not come out who people you know will try to judge u or even hurt u keep it private if you really need to tell someone tell somebody who you trust wont judge u and will accept you for who u are.

Agreed with the above. Come out as gay. Not so much the furry, and don't wear your damn tail in public. My friend did that to me, it was ok, but spare your friends the 50 questions.
Come out with the gay thing. Furry don't tell anyone. Finding internet love? Wierd.
If they don't accept you they arn'y your friends, unfortunatley family can sometimes stray but hopefully they will be with you all the way, in the end what difference should it make to anyone else who you spend your life with or go to bed with.
Hey you should come out and tell the world :3 if they cant love you for who you are...then are you sure they really cared?
