Friend still lives with parents at age 24 is it normal?

She's 24 years old and shes still living with her parents.

I went to beauty school for 1 year and IMMEDIATELY applied for jobs at hair salons. Got a job fulltime at a hair salon down the corner and moved into an apartment 10 minutes away from work. Wheres she? She does work, but she only answers phones for a company and because she graduated college with a degree in graphic arts, she supposedly does some graphic design on the side (haha, yeah right). She claims she is looking for a job, but I doubt it. She's just so beyond me and graphic design? How can anyone make a career in that? What a waste of college. I think college people always think they know whats best. I am way above her.

Isn't 24 MAJORILY old to still be living with mommy and daddy? I'd say 21 is the oldest, no? I mean, come on, you're an adult now. You can't depend on dear old mommy and daddy, move out!

    I agree, you sound jealous of her achievements. Graphic design is actually a good field to get into, it even sounds way better than what you do. Stop being so stuck up and get a life.

    Some ones a little bit JEALOUS and you sound really mad @ her what did she do to bug you what ever she wants to do is fine she can screw around making 2 dollars a day answering a phone and why is it your buisness what she does i agree 24 is a little bit old but stay out of her buisness and don't bug her like that and if your talkin bad about her behind her back like this your not a true friend

    I'm a 23 year old hairstylist and still live with my mom! I love living with her! You're ignorant if you think there is nothing you can do with graphic design. Who do you think makes video games and cartoons? You're obviously jealous of her and that's the only reason you're talking about her. I highly disagree with everyone that's dogging the hair industry though. I guess you all don't get your hair done by professionals!
