How about asking her what her relationship with her boss is. Be calm, for now. See if she talks. If she refuses to lay out the details, or you can't come to an agreement about it, make sure she knows why you're leaving her. I wouldn't just "ditch" her. I don't know that she's running around, but it's definitely not professional behavior. Unless she works at a very informal place, like say, a hugging booth or something. Now personally if my BF hugged another woman I'd be very... neutral really. I don't equate a "hug" with cheating. I fully feel friends CAN hug.

a hug is not a big deal. i would be angry if my boyfriend told me i could not hug someone...but then again, your relationship is conservative, and if you guys don't normally do that...then i guess that's not normal in your case. but a hug isn't anything in my opinion
