Forms of punishment

Dom's and Subs, what do you use as punishment if the slave/sub fails to obey or resists? If they like to be spanked that just encourages disobedience.

    Bad boys or girls should be stripped naked and put in nothing but a diaper, not allowed to used the toilet, but forced to use the diaper instead.

    Golden showers are also a good form of punishment.

    I think she would just say no or use the safe word. She's kind of a reluctant sub anyways, she likes it and her body responds well to it. Her body even betrays her at times once she gives in but she just has to be pushed or encouraged to follow the rules.

    I know it may sound weird, but I find it immensely sexually gratifying when my dom force feeds me almonds when I misbehave. It feels like a punishment but there is also pleasure as I feel like I'm going to pop.
