Normal questions of an adolescent. If you act like it is weird she will get a very fucked up idea as to what sexuality is. These are always awkward questions. If you are not comfortable answering, you meed to send her to her mother and grow up. You sound like a kid yourself. And certainly not mature enough to be having sex yourself. Who fucking uses the word pee pee? She deserves real answers to her questions and not awkwardness.

Tell her mother.

Hell yeah, rat her little ass out! I don't think it's normal for her to be asking you this stuff.

I think the best way to teach her would be to show her.

i would answer her questions to the best of my ability, you never know where she would go to get those questions answered!

If she is asking, she will get an answer from somebody. If not you, who? Sounds like her mother is not an option or she would be asking her in the first place. You better giving her answers.

I think the first few sentences would have been better suited for her mom (though not that unusual), but then I read ahead and no, it's not normal. Yes, you should tell her mother. Its natural for a child to be curious about sex and puberty, but it isn't normal to want to see your father's junk.
You two need to have a discussion with each other and then sit down and have a talk with her. At best, she has skewed perceptions of healthy sexuality and needs to be guided on what's appropriate. At worst, someone might be abusing her, and you as a parent need to know these things to protect her.

I have had the same experience at the same time a good close friend was going through the same thing in his life, exactly the same situation and we would talk about it every day.
fortunately we finally got past the ordeal with great results and in fact today everyone involved are grown, successful, happy and united.
Starting with me. Before I married I married my high school sweetheart that I met when we were 14 yo. She was the provoker, the teaser and the sexually advanced girl I ever met. She said things about her childhood and adolescent days that I haven't ever known about. She than says; look let her get over her curiosity, after all better now than with a stranger. My wife pulls the sheets off me and exposes What has to be the most extreme erection I have ever experienced and tells her to grab it. After very little encouragement she did.
In a way this kind of opened Pandora's box because the curiosity continued but only as long as I acted as if I didn't notice and she would not feel embarrassed it was only look and don't touch. My step daughter and I established an open respectful very confident relation and I became her best friend and mentor. She had more confidence in talking openly with me than anyone else and most of the time her thoughts and curiosity were very surprising and she is by no means confused or naive. This goes to show, don't ever underestimate an adolescents intelligence or limits to there innocence. If you can get to know them well enough to gain complete confidence they will blow your mind and perhaps even teach you something new. I taught her everything she wanted to know and satisfied all her curiosities without the stigma that society labels as perverted. The most important thing I taught her was how to be responsible and make smart decisions. We always encouraged her to stay pure but never prohibited it, only educate her and make her feel confident in being open and honest with her parents. We will only give you good advise and support and look out for her well being and happiness
One thing I close in saying is, the man that she chooses to marry will be the happiest man on earth. She married a great man and was virgin on there honeymoon thanks to daddy.
