For my friend to be this obsessed

So my friend installed a spyware app on my phone, knowing my GPS locations, everything etc.. I payed a local private investigator to sweep my house for bugs (audio recorders) he found a camera in my ventilation system, and several listening devices drilled into my wall. He then traced the serial numbers to see my friend had purchased them. He also found a keylogger on my PC. My friends family has been watching me non-stop. Is it normal that I dont want to press charges.

      I don't know. my theory is if I dont pay him money or something he'll broadcast me showering, etc. on the internet
