Man I threw some beef on the grill because i was hungry. Didnt wait as long as I should have. Took it off and ate it when the center was still very pink. I ate one burger patty and felt full (which is rare for me after eating 1). Now 45 minutes later i have a bad headache and im covered in sweat. Feeling nauseas. Think it was the beef? Probably huh. Hopefully it doesnt get worse
Food poisonings take a few hours to manifest. Still check with a doctor if you get into an extreme condition.
I've eaten food past its expiration date and I've felt an oncoming food poisoning ahead so my solution is down some water and take a 8 hour nap and rest (gonna feel like shit) your stomach should be robust enough to break down most of the bad shit in the burger.
Tell your family you live them before you die, also if you owe anyone money.
Food poisoning for sure. It might get better or you may need medications if it gets worse.
Not exactly normal, but everyone gets sick once in a while. Maybe you did get food poisoning. But I would say eating rare steak is relatively normal, you can order it on restaurants
I think it is all in your head. Maybe it is a brain tumor. Better get an xray to be sure.
Take domperidone(motilium). Or if that is not approved there try ondansetron(zofran).
