Finger twitch

Every once and a while one of my fingers will twitch and I'll have no control over it and can't stop it nor do I know why this happens. This has been going on as far back as I can remember. I only know one other person who's experinced anything close to this so I want to know, is this normal?

    Consult a medico if considered so as to ease thine mind ut I would not be unduly concerned.

    I would not be surprised if the doc recommends eating a banana every day or two to ensure thou art inputting some potassium into thine body.
