how can I find a girl who like me? , like I dont want a girl to love me just because I need it.
I don't like a relationship like that.
I just want her to love also because she wants it too,
I've seen relationships like that,
some of them don't even care about each other.

    Go to bars and make friends with everyone. Even if you have only guy friends your chances of finding a girl goes up. Because guys have girlfriends who have other girl friends. Your friends will help you find a girl

    Learn to develop friends... and you will find a lady that develops a crush on you based on how you treat people.

    May I suggest as a starting point: "How to Win Friends & Influence People In the Digital Age" Dale Carnegie & Associates (or just the original "How to Wind Friends & Influence People" if you are in a county that does not have the modern update (I believe the original was translated into more than 40 languages: I just gave a Spanish translation to a person I met last week).
