Film cooper on youtube looks identical to guy i dated once

Its creepy that guy had pretty unusual looks in my opinion and now this youtuber 'Film Cooper' is showing up in my recommendations all the time and he looks identical to that dude. I only went out with him twice but I remember him he was goofy as hell and wrote everything on post-its I also never forget a face or an interaction no matter how long ago.
Hes not american nor english nor australian or anything that speaks the english language daily, same as me, so its NOT HIM but its his twin and its weird. I thought he was cute back then. I supposedly have shit taste in men lookswise. Tell me what you think.
