Her boyfriend has no respect for her and it makes me sick. I know hes just using her but yet when i ask her if shes happy she said Pretty much. She knows i like her as well and i respect and love her with all my heart and i know she deserves better. So Should i fight to win her over or just stay quiet and let her be happy with him..?

she's happy with the other guy. only if she would be happier with you would it make sense to fight.
To you her boyfriend could be an asshole. To her he's the sweetest man in the world. Every couple has their negative and positive aspects. Start seeing the positive aspects about her bf and maybe you'll understand where she's coming from.

If you fight with him over her... do you actually think she'll go with you just because you won? She's not trophy you pass to the next winner.
If you really want to win her heart, be her friend. Let her know that she deserves someone who treats her well.

Totally agreed - I always thought it was silly the way some stories make it look like the winning man can just cart her off without her say in the matter. Unless of course, SHE likes BOTH men, and this is the only way to settle it...in which case she'd be happy with either one, I suppose.
However, I don't think he meant fighting in the literal sense. Just trying to keep one's resolve to get through another day is hard in such a situation. I know too well!
You shouldn't try and break a couple up. You should let her make that decision herself without any coercion. If it's you she wants, she'll work it out.
If that's really how you feel then you should definitely fight for her. If there's something you want, you have to fight for it so GOGOGO!
If he's really that bad then she won't be happy. I say you try to save her from the heartbreak while you still can. She can always go back to him if she wants to.
from a girls point of view if he is an ass well not much a girl can do but if there is another boy who likes her and will fight for her so i say fight and win her heart

His jerkness is probably a lot bigger to you than anyone else because you like her. It's like that for me too. If you really care about her, her happiness comes before yours.

Leave her alone! You said she knows you like her, and she chooses to not be with you, so leave it alone.
I have a friend who likes me....but I'm married, and not interested in him anyway, and it's so god damn annoying how he keeps pushing the issue. I love him as a friend but the constant pestering about wanting to be with me makes me not even want to talk to him anymore. He has also done some creepy stalker-ish things in the name of "getting ahold of me" and keepoing tabs on me, which really turned me off.

In my opinion, you're too good for her and you shouldn't give her the time of day if she chooses to be with the jerk rather than a good guy.
Its good you let her disaid for her self,or else you will be the reason why,if anythimg bad happen to her.
If you try to get involved in their relationship, you may end up being the one that looks like the bad person. From what I have seen, the third party often gets the bad rap.
Ive had this problem many times. (my friends' problems )If the person can't realize what kind of relationship she's in, talk to her about it. If she doubts you, then that's her fault. But when she gets hurt in the end, tell her that she cant come running back to you because you already had warned her. You will feel good about yourself. Don't let yourself be the rebound. If you want her, act fast.
