Hi. I'm a 25-year old woman and I've been on Is It Normal for a little while now.
The other day, about six months ago, I dreamed I was in chat and I was standing in front of a mirror, naked. Except, for some reason, I had a penis. But not just an ordinary penis, a rather small (about 1-3 inches), very red penis.
What does this dream mean? Is it normal?

Yes it is a bit small in my opinion.
One thing nobody never thinks when talking about dick sizes is the genetic involved. In some countries 3 inches is small in others is a regular size.
I live in a naturist place all year round and we do have here lots of tourists from all over the world. Than we see guys from some countries have much smaller dicks and balls than other from other countries.
Of course its not a rule. I see exceptions.
Another thing I positive about: Inside the same family father and sons having about the same size so I mention the genetic. If the son his already a big boy its very normal to have the same size of his father. Otherwise children like 10yold or 12yold with their body still developing have them smaller.
For example: Guys from Mediterranean countries have much bigger dicks than from Scandinavian guys. Most Scandinavian do have big balls and very small dicks. Completely out of proportional.
If it is red that it might also symbolise that you are holding back. You are too scared to, perhaps, be yourself and be open about the real you to others. Thus, your penis is red because your fears are holding you back, by preventing you from ejaculating.
It could be that your subconscious is telling you that you need to get in touch with your masculine self.
