Feels like someone hitting me

When laying in bed at night or sitting watching TV (relaxing in general) sometimes I physically feel something or someone strike / hit / push me, usaly in the face but sometimes on the back or my arms or legs. This has been happening for a good long while now and since speaking to my Dr about feelings of depression and anxiety its been playing on my mind for a while as I tried to ignore it at first. Anyone else ever experienced this?

  • I usually get sleep paralysis. It is terrifying whenever it happens and it feels like someone or something is pressing down on my chest.

OMG.. this sounds awful. I've been attacked by entities, while not quite in this manner, I have nonetheless and it really sucks! There are some entity removal techniques you can use. One is to imagine a divine white light, light imagine the light of Jesus or an angel or something. Imagine or visualize that light all around you and they can't penetrate that.

If you are fully awake, it probably isn't sleep paralysis. It is either something medical, like Rose suggested, or it could be something paranormal related. I've heard of people being assaulted by either demons or poltergeists. I don't think I have ever heard of the average ghost attacking someone. Assault is something that only malevolent forces do.

No but I am sure if it was a "ghost" it wouldn't be following me around everywhere just incase I begin to fall asleep

  • Somebody is thinking about you while jacking off and telepathically molesting you.

I thought I had fibromyalgia but it's actually myofascial pain that I have. I don't get sensations where it feels like someone is hitting me, but I have had the sensation that I'm bruised. It feels as if I have been hit, however I logically know that I haven't. Sometimes I also feel like I'm sunburned when I'm not.
