Feelings of extreme anger?

I'm going to keep this short.

I get extremely angry when anyone around me sneezes, coughs, or yawns. So much that I will yell at them and tell them to shut up.

I also just get so angered that I want to punch something.

Just looking for interesting insight, I really have no idea why I am like this.

I don't suffer from depression, but a therapist could always be helpful :P

I completely understand where you're coming from. I constantly feel like I could knock someone out. I hate hearing people sneeze, cough, yawn loudly, clip their fingernails in public, spit...seriously, I've been close to totally losing it on someone. I can't stand super dumb, country people. They don't have any common sense and they're too lazy to develop any. I've tried talking to someone about it. Thir insight made sense but I failed to apply it to my everyday life. I still felt like pummelling someone's face with my fists of fury

I think this is a neurological condition.

  • I am 99.9% certain that you suffer from depression and that your life is not going in the direction you wish it to go. Get a good therapist.

sometimes people just can't help coughing, BUT, they should cover their mouth or turn away.
