Feeling very lightheaded & have unclear vision 5 days after surgery

I had maxillary sinus surgery 5 days ago and seem to be healing well, except yesterday my vision from when i woke and through out the day was very unclear from time to time, than last night i started getting heart palpatations ranging from 86-96 beats per min. I had a good sleep, woke this morning to feel extremely lightheaded, heart still racing 90-96 beats per min and vision very unclear. When i move all seems to get a whole lot worse to the extent of feeling like i will black out, when in one spot it is bearable. I went to see an after hours Dr who said it may be from a few things - it may be an infection, after effects from the surgery, my sinuses playing up, the effects from swelling of the sinuses. Who knows he obviously doesnt, i just hope that tomorrow is better, i seem to be going down hill instead of up where i am really wanting to be. Has any one has sinus surgery if so how long before you recovered?
