Feeling hot during my periods..iin??

Well this is my first year i have periods.. Always in my periods iam feeling hot and sexual feelings. Sometimes also after my periods i have sexual desires.. Sometimes hard to fall in sleep .. Please let me know is it normal ?? Anyone else have had this kind of experiences...

    This is 100% completely normal. You're perfectly fine!
    (Generally what you describe with a rise in temperature is called a 'hot flash')

    When we have our period our hormones are going nuts, making us excessively irritable, emotional, aroused... it's a fun ride :P And no, it doesn't get any better. But you're not alone.

    It's normal that you body sweats more when you are on your period. Don't worry you'll get used to it.
