I think it's normal to feel that way, especially if you're religious or young, but imho there's no need to be. There's more than enough data out there that proves that masturbation is healthy and normal.
My suggestion, if you want to know, would be to explore your feelings, determine why you feel this way, and come to terms with your decision to masturbate.
Alternatively, you could just try to stop masturbating, but that's sometimes easier said than done. Easier to just come to terms with it.
