I am scared of scilence, And I don't think thats normal so please help me.
I think that's normal. I also get creeped out by complete silence, i heard somewhere that nothing is louder than silence. I always have the tv or the radio on when I go to sleep.
Oh me too. I automatically think some noise is gonna come out of nowhere. Especially when I'm alone...
I never hear silence because my ears are permanatly jacked up so in my right ear I always hear a ringing noise but I get used to it but now I welcome it
Normal, leave the TV going for background noise, and learn to spell check.
if ur in a dark room lets say in bed its like realllly dark pitch black u might say and its realy silent likeno noise at all the its spooky as hell the best thing dto do is to get all ur feet and hand under the sheet and sleep but yeah complete silence is really spooky especially when u are a person who watches movies like the grudge or the ring something like that
You must have a high subdued anxiety.
You would be afraid of thinking, recalling or reflecting about some anguishing and stressing situation(s), and noise help you to keep your mind distracted.
The most direct way to deal with that, but not necessarily the easiest, is to rationalize what are those situations and then try to see them more objectively, which can lead to find ways to overcome them.
