Hey guys,

I have this problem that everytime I or my parents leave the house I think of how this could be our last goodbye because they or I could die by some kind of accident. So everytime I leave the house I basically expect to die. I'm not suffering from depression or suicidal thought at all.

    So going to the grocery store is like an infiltration mission behind enemy lines. Instead of getting excitement by pretending, you should get some real excitement.

    It's morbid but not entirely bad if harnessed in the right way. I mean this sort of thinking could lead you to make the most of every moment, or alternatively leave you over anxious. It's what you choose to do with it.

    If you want to stop these thought you need to get on a high building and jump to see if you die. If you dont die you would not have these thought or if you do then no more thoughts for you. Haha
