Sleepy Hollow is so beautiful visually. Johnny Depp, Casper Van Dien, Christina Ricci, Lisa Marie and Miranda Richardson all look gorgeous, and I love the costumes and mood of the film. Christopher Walken is always a plus, too.

Tim Burton should be everything that I love about films and then he killed Jack Nicholson in Mars Attacks. Before he made me a hater, I'd seen Beetlejuice and Edward Scissorhands (both beautiful). And then I felt I couldn't watch any more of his films until last year when I channel-hopped into Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and decided to give it five minutes. I love the original and was intrigued that he actually topped it. His version was superb. In the spirit of forgiveness I made it my business to watch the Corpse Bride. And it's just wonderful. If we can strike Mars Attacks from the record, Tim Burton is a genius. Deaddread, you're thinking of Sweeney Todd. But for me (and I haven't seen Sleepy Hollow) I really can't choose between Bride, Scissorhands and Charlie. Maybe Scissorhands for the snow. Maybe Charlie for the squirrels. And maybe the Corpse Bride for the lack of the happy ending and just how beautiful she was.

Either way, all credit for Tim Burton. Not many people turn me around after having offended me massively.

Yes see I am not the only one who noticed. This was made before the remake of "Alice in Wonderland" which they have actually redone a few times. How do you make a Tim Burton poll of movies and exclude "SWEENEY TODD"! WHY OP? You do not deserve to be a fan!

Corpse Bride is being very overlooked, it's one of Tim Burton's best movies and also my favorite animated movie.

  • All of them. The only Burton film I didn't like was Planet of the Apes. My fave has to be Beetlejuice though. Saw it when I was 8 and fell in love with his art then. No word of a lie I have seen Beetlejuice over 100 times.
