The cylom thing killed me. I feel really bad for the OP of that story but if someone's spelling is so bad that it becomes a joke all by itself, I don't think the world should change to accommodate that. I think the one person should spell better.
I also kind of like the person who replaces A with O early on in words. Like, it's my birthday, I hope we have bolloons. Although I'm not sure they realise that have a spelling "tic" means that I always know a story is by them just as surely as if their name was above it.
When people leave out one letter and it changes the whole word.
It is funnier when their spelling error is made in an attempt to insult me, my favorite it "I kind of though you were a retard".
Although, my absolute favorite is on Facebook. I have a friend who... nicest way I can say it, might be slightly slow. Her spelling is piss poor and often times her spelling and grammar are so terrible that I can't understand anything that she posted. However, she always posts "tried" instead of "tired". It never fails. It bothers me so much because I want to say to her "hey, it's tired, not tried" but she is very sensitive and will give me a 5 paragraph response regarding her speech disorder and how I need to respect that she learns differently or some shit. So at the end of a busy day in dealing with her kids or her baby daddy in court... she's tried and ready to go to bed.
I'm guilty of saying "would of" every now and again, which is particularly annoying because I'm sure I picked that one up here-_-.
Anyway, there was one that made me laugh just yesterday, but I can't remember it. Argh! I'll have a think.
OH! I just remembered it:D! I came across an old post yesterday, and Allistalla had left a really long comment. My favourite was: Violents. I think she meant violence, although I'm never sure with her. Took me a while to work it out. Violents.:D

Also, on her list she also included the word "violence", so maybe "violents" doesn't actually mean violence like I thought it did. Hmm, how confusing.

I think the word is "imminent". As for violents, she was quite capable of spelling the same word four different times or more within the same comment, so I think you're right.

I voted for kinda. I know its really kind of, but I like saying kinda. It just sounds better to me. And when I say could have, I usually say could've.
