    I'm not sure what they put in baloney but I think it's made from liquefied beef and pork waste. Mustard goes with both beef and pork so I'd guess mustard. Although my first instinct was cheese. Everything is better with cheese.

    you should try putting bologna slices on the frying pan...just heat it up a little. Its friggin' delish!

    I don't like balogna, but I did eat it in a sandwich about 17 years ago and it was with mustard. I was starving and it actually didn't taste too bad at the time.

    My mum made us deer-sausage sandwiches (sort of like balogna, only healthier), which I would trade with anyone for just about anything else. She also put sprouts in it too. What kid likes sprouts and deer meat?

    I think mustard goes well with balogna. I used to never care if I had mayo or mustard on my balogna sandwitches, now, I don't like it with mayo.
