Fate vs efforts

One is real and the other is nonsense. Effort is someone getting off their ass to accomplish something. Fate is someone sitting on their ass waiting for the universe to do it for them.

I honestly never believed in fate. It's not like all of your life's outcomes are magically determined the moment you are born. The amount of effort you do is what determines your life's outcomes

Opportunity comes as a result of hard work.

Right now, after reading this message, you could not chose to stop putting effort into living your life. That is simply impossible. It is your fate not to. If you did that then it would be your fate to do it.

Fate controls what you put effort into and what you do not, the result is a road which is given to you.

If you believe fate rules your life, why put any effort into anything?

When I think of every meaningful relationship I've had, they all seemed to be down to fate, chance meetings and everything just falling into place without much effort.

Fate is a result of effort. It's not some mystical predestine thing, if that were the case I'd just sit on my ass all day and let it come to me. You make it yourself.
