Don't confuse your friendship with romantic intimacy. If you want to ask out a guy then get some female friends together, go out with them and meet some guys who aren't gay.

this is like the same thing that happened to me, after i told a friend that i was gay we started talking all the time and yea she started liking me, she would even tell me about her sexual fantasies and shit, don't worry it should probably fade,
