Falling dreams!?

Once a week or so I have a dream that ends with me falling, and right before I hit the ground I wake up.

    I have had it and Mum was trying to wake me up and I punched her in the face

    Its totally normal! We read about it in school and it said that it actually happens right when youre about to fall asleep, because when youre entire body relaxes we think we're falling.

    That's only happened to me once, and DUDE. It was awesome! I was sitting on top of one of the Hollywood sign letters on a cold night. I was just looking down at the blackness below me and WOOOPPIEE! But then I woke up :|

    totally dont hit the ground though cause you can die thats how people die in their sleep x

      No your wrong people who die in their sleep could have been on there back and vomited or could of had a heart attack

    Totally norm! I have dreams where I'm on a huge staircase, and I suddenly slip an fall and my heart drops causing me to wake uo

    It's very normal. I've read books on dream inturpretation and in almost all of them they say that if you dream about falling you jump awake because we can't see ourselves die in our dreams. I'm not sure why it is.

    Uhm, yeah, I dream that sometimes, too. And sometimes even dive out of my own bed!! Totally normal.
