When it comes to sex would you get more turned on by a typical fake women from big boobs to long hair extensions, fake tan etc or a naturally pretty women?
Honest answers... If you picked fake, can you tell me why knowing they have changed their natural appearance. And why is that look such a turn on?

I believe that the whole idea of making yourself over in the image that 'will attract a man' or whatever you want to call it, is a mental illness.
Correcting serious physical deformities is one thing, but aesthetic surgery that quite often results in disfigurement, seems pure vanity and unnecessary.
