Extremely vivid dream

About a month ago I had this dream. I was having a party at my place. I was watching the telly and a music video was on. Then the guy in the video appeared right in front of me. He held my hand and we walked into the party together. The setting changed, but I didn't question anything. I felt very happy and peaceful.

I was afraid to admit who the guy was, even to myself; I was afraid something was wrong with me. But I couldn't control it. I've only told one person whom I knew wouldn't judge me. Anyway the nickname he went by was a dead giveaway. I didn't get a close look at his face, he was wearing shades. But I could feel his aura. He's kind of famous; he did bad things and died almost 16 years ago. It was the most vivid dream I had in a long time. Is it normal I had this dream?

    There are dreams that are a lot worse than yours. You CAN'T control dreams. I would think ANY dream is normal to have and may have something to do with your subconscious thoughts sometimes.

      You're right, it could have been worse. And it doesn't mean I condone what he has done. I have done a lot of research on dreams actually, just not sure what this one could mean. Thanks for commenting.

              So now you see why I was afraid something was wrong with me? But like Araya said I didn't choose it. I thought it was odd that I didn't question why he was there or anything, but the rules of reality don't apply in dreams. Ha.
