Is it normal that I'm scared when dating someone that when we take a pic together and posts it, all of her friends will comment how ugly or how im not good enough for her?

    Self-consciousness is not something to be ashamed about. There are resources and I hope you find what's best for you. Maybe take a first step by talking to your partner about it when the time comes around? I feel the same and I spoke to my partner about it and she's been extremely understanding, despite wanting to post photos of us together.

    yeah, but dont pussy out, if somebody calls you out for that its because they are jealous or just plain jerks (which are easy to respond)
