I have a Family member (female) thats engaged to a (male) that's has Limited Resources. He Calling the Home phone EXCESSIVELY 40+ times a day? Waking up & disturbing the ENTIRE HOUSEHOLD like 10pm & Later into the Night.

    Disconnect all the phones after ten? Or if this female family member has a phone jack in their room, just bring it in there?

    That sounds very irritating.. totally relate. Dude needs to back off. If he starts switching to calling a mobile number constantly, I suggest getting the app Mr. Number (if u have a smartphone). Love it. Blocks calls and texts:)
    You can always disconnect your house phone. Everyone in my family has cell phones so we stopped ours.

    Lower the ringer on all the phones except the one in her room. If she does not have one in her room, put the phone in her room after a certain time.
