Examples of the most subtle ways/cues a person would do

...to communicate that they are interested in you sexually/ intimately/more than friends?

Could be subtle actions, words, phrases, ect.
One you would do or one you could see someone else doing.

--- Share your level of confidence in this cue, in other words , you might say that this cue might mean this half of the time, or this cue nearly %100 means this.

---These examples should be based on the premiss that you are not already lovers with this person.

---They could be from the premiss of a platonic friend ,acquaintance, stranger, first date, all or any, if you feel it's exclusive to certain dynamics, include that!

---If you believe the subtle cue is not very unisexually used , define what sex you think this cue would be coming from or aimed toward.

    Eye contact that lingers longer than normal. Laughing at stupid jokes. Standing and sitting closer than normal. Mirroring of posture and gestures.

    None of these are 100% accurate predictors of future intimacy, not least because people can be subconsciously attracted to another person but they can refuse to admit that attraction even to themselves for various reasons.

    This is too hard to answer, in my limited expirience, 'subtle' is not the word I would use.
