Talk to a friend, or someone who cares. I hope you feel better soon, maybe your just overthinking. Look for a web for overthinking it might help you. Good luck.

I think it is...but I want to follow it up with a belief that if things are not meant to be you need to take some time and get through your emotional turmoil and try to move on.

It's perfectly healthy to have someone that you love leave your life and then you miss them. If we didn't miss people we were attached to it would be a pretty cold world to live in. But it's not healthy to effect the rest of your life hoping for a chance or dreaming of one day maybe getting back together.

I've been there, I think many of us have had that special someone that was a huge part of our lives that we then lost for one reason or another...but just because they are gone doesn't mean your life stops. You are more than what you two being together created, you are wonderful and fantastic and you deserve to be able to enjoy your life and meet new people and maybe meet a new someone to love just as much or more!

Don't let that ex-love define your life, make your love define your life. Love life and love yourself and make sure that if you meet someone else to love that you're not missing it because you're still loving someone else. That's not to say that you should forget them, you should always remember the love that you shared but don't live there, live in the moment and enjoy the love that you have now.
