Everytime I see a certain staring at me for a long period of time I think that are they are evil, and by certain person I mean they have if they stare at me for a long period of time with this creepy sad/wanting/guilty look in their eyes.
they're imagining you naked and bending you over what your pussy lips look like
I tend to give people that look, not intentionally though. Usually if I'm in a bad mood, or angry at someone. My friends call it 'the death stare'. Personally i think it's quite funny.
Sometimes it's just someone daydreaming and happening to be looking your way.....or sometimes it's a sign that you need to get the hell outta there. It's all a situational thing, and unless you can read minds, which I'm pretty sure you can't, you just have to watch your back and keep your eyes open around that person.
However, the assumption that this person is evil is not a good thing. The person could like you, or could be checking you out. As long as you aren't showing anything you shouldn't be, you should be fine on that note. But still, it's always best to be prepared for every possible scenario so that when one comes up, you can follow the course of action required to get through that particular scenario.
If, however, this person is truly evil, like you say, get help. Demonology and psychology, while cryptic studies, show many answers to figuring things like this out. If you sense some negative energy from this person (And if a demon possesses someone, you can feel a definite aura from them), a priest or exorcist would be a good idea. If it is a worldly evil, authorities, friends, family, and superiors are the way to go.

Classic case of Paranoya. Sometimes people think that the world is out to get them. If you think you see people staring at you out of the corner of your eye, your eyes are probably playing tricks on you. If you think they are staring at you, just relax, and you'll realize that your just being paranoid. (Also, you might just have something on your face or shirt like leftover food. LOL.)
It could be normal depending on the situation... but if YOU EVER feel like the world is out to get you then you need to seek help.
elaborate on how long of a time they would stare? its unlike a stranger to stare.. theres a feeling I get sometimes from people I pass by or speak to as if they are just pure fake like they are demons but I think maybe thats because I could be picking up some negative enrgy from them after all we are all made of energy!!
