everytime that somebody blinks i have an urge to go pee , not like just blinking in general but if i see them blink i have to pee !! ! IIN?

    that's one of the strangest things i have ever heard. maybe you have an overactive bladder or you are making it up. talk to your doctor.

    I don't think that your eyes and bladder are connected in anyway, so no it's not normal.

    That's not normal. I've heard of overactive bladder, but that seems to go beyond that, you need to get that checked out soon.
