What is the etiquette for accidentally lumping into your FB while on a date? Should one try and stay away, try to grab their attention or come up and say hi?

If someone else is on a date you can safely assume they don't want to be interfered with so you should keep your distance. If you're on a date yourself, you can safely assume your date would like your undivided attention. That's basic etiquette - there's no reason to stop and chat with other people while you're on a date or distract them from their date, whether you're fuck buddies or not.
If you were worried about anything relating to them dating other people while having sex with you (risk of STDs, becoming an accomplice in cheating etc.), talk to them about it later. Let them have their date in peace.
FB? Fuck buddy? You must be a man whore or one of those typical house sluts.
