Personally, I don't think being drunk excuses you for molesting people.

Chances are that if you were totally drunk, the women you were grabbing were probably butt-ugly and were flattered that anyone would grab their ass.

It's normal for people to lose some of their inhibitions when they've been drinking and to do things that are otherwise out of character for them.
Everybody around you could surely see that you were under the influence, and most probably made allowance for you because of that.
Being that is was a national holiday celebration there is a good chance most or all of the people you grabbed were somewhat under the influence also, and may not even remember what you did.
One caveat; you should be more careful not to drink so much that you let yourself go like that. If you grab the ass of a girl whose guy has his wits about him because he is a nondrinker like me, you could get the shit kicked out of you!

Knowing your limit it extremely important, and yeah, booze tends to take away those inhibitions that are there for a reason. So, if you're black out drunk you're going to do things you wouldn't normally do. :-/

Being drunk is certainly not a good excuse for your behavior, but what happened happened. I would suggest that you don't try doing that again. You could play grab-ass with the wrong person and find yourself in a whole heap of trouble with the law. Now, that wouldn't be any fun, now would it?

It's fairly normal with excessive consumption of alcohol, your primitivity comes out with application of alcohol. But I always tend to keep my wits about me, despite how drunk I am.

obviously the other person who commented on this is a GIANT loser. everyone make stupid mistakes when there drunk. just take it as a lesson, like ook i can drink but when i start to feel it quit. you dont need to drink to get drunk.

You were drunk. You couldn't help it. But this also might mean you need to not drink so much to the point where you can't control your actions, especially your hormones.
