Early onset of alzheimer's

iin, that i often mix up my words with out realizing Ie; instead of burger king, i would say burger jings, hungry kings or burger jacks (in Australia hungry jacks is the same as burger king, in fact we had burger king but the name was changed)

i also always think in decending order with numbers example... instead of saying "its going to cost 50 to 60 dollars" i would say "its going to cost 60 to 50 dollars"

my short term memory is pretty bad, it could be a early onset of Alzheimer's

does any one else get this? IIN

I think everyone does that occasionally regardless of age. If it worries you, you could ask a professional to make sure, but lots of people do it.
